Pottery-to-Go
Pottery-to-Go gives you the
flexibility to paint pottery at your own pace, on your own schedule and in the
comfort of your own home.
Here’s how it works.
Option 1:
- Select the pottery you would like to
paint. We have over 200 items to choose from in a budge for
everyone.
- Check out one of our Pottery-to-Go kits which
include up to 20 colors of your choice, brushes and instructions.
- Pay for your pottery and a deposit for your
Pottery-to-Go kit. Your deposit will be refunded when the kit is
returned with all the paint containers (yes, even the empty ones), tools
and brushes.
- Bring your pottery and Pottery-to-Go kit back to
the studio when you are finished so that it can be glazed and fired.
Then pick up your finished pottery in one week.
***Deposit amount
includes $1.00 per paint container, $6.00 per brush kit & $5.00 per fun
writer. Additional supplies also available for check-out.
Option 2.
- Select the pottery you would like to paint.
- Choose from our full line of Duncan® Opaque
Acrylics and our top of the line Aqualon brushes available for
purchase. OS™ Opaque Acrylics provide solid coverage for your pieces
and are water-based for easy cleanup. Use them with stencils, sponging,
drybrushing and other decorative painting techniques.
- Pay for your paints, brushes and get 25% off
your pottery. No need to bring your pottery back to fire since
acrylics do not require glazing or firing and no need for a deposit since
the brushes and paints are yours to keep!
***Please note: Pottery
painted with acrylics will not be food safe and should be used for decorative
purposes only.
