You choose which party package you would like to purchase. Each child will choose a piece to paint from your chosen package. Then, we’ll give brief instructions and let them paint away! When they’re finished, you are welcome to have cake, ice cream, etc. We’ll take care of the clean up.

 

We will glaze and fire all pottery, and it will be ready to pick up in one week. Each piece will be in a bag with the child’s name on it when you pick it up!

 (Sometimes stuff happens and we run out of a piece. If that happens, we’ll substitute another piece!)

 

You can also customize your party package by pre-selecting pieces for the kids to paint from our wide selection of pottery.   

 

 

Party Policies:

 

• Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your party. We do require a $25.00 deposit at the time you make your reservation. This amount will be applied to your bill the day of the party. In the case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.  We would, however, be happy to reschedule your party for you. There is a minimum requirement of 6 painters per party.  If your party has less than 6, you will still be charged for six painters… But, one grown-up may substitute for one kid, but only one!! 

 

• Party fee includes 1 ½ hours of studio time.  The cost of all parties include a piece of pottery from your chosen package, all paints, supplies, instruction, firing and glazing.

 

• The pottery will be ready for pickup by the party host one week after the party.  Each piece will be in a bag with the child’s name on it when you pick it up.  We cannot be held responsible for breakage of items left over 3 weeks from the date of the party.

 

• Party host assumes the risk for any breakage by guests.

 

• The party is contracted to begin and end at the times listed above. Please have your guests arrive and depart on time.  If your party runs past the agreed upon time, a charge of $6.00 per attendee will be added to the cost of the party fee.

 

• For parties with 8 or more attendees, the Guest of Honor will receive a plate personalized by all the guests!  This plate can be purchased for parties with less than 8 attendees. 

 

• Due to limited space, we request that no more than three non-painting adults attend your party. It just gets too cramped and we need to leave seats for painters. However, if grown ups would like to paint, we do offer a $5 off coupon to any parents who’d like to come and paint in our main room while the party is in session!
