Private Bookings

Private Booking Policies:

  1. Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure we have staff availability.  We do require a $25.00 deposit at the time you make your reservation. This amount will be applied to your bill the day of the private booking. In the case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.  We would, however, be happy to reschedule your private booking for you. There is a minimum requirement of 10 painters per private booking.  If your private booking has less than 10, you will still be charged for ten painters.
  1. Private booking fee includes 3 hours of studio time.  There is a 10 guest and $11 per person minimum.
  1. The pottery will be ready for pickup by the private booking host one week after the private booking.  Each piece will be in a bag with the each person’s name on it when you pick it up.  We cannot be held responsible for breakage of items left over 3 weeks from the date of the private booking.
  1. Private booking host assumes the risk for any breakage by guests.
  1. The private booking is contracted to begin and end at the agreed upon times. Please have your guests arrive and depart on time.  If your private booking runs past the agreed upon time, a charge of $5.00 per attendee will be added to the cost of the private booking fee.
